Sliding Scale Pricing
We believe access to mediation should not be limited by household income. Our sliding scale fee is tied to the federal poverty index. It lets every family receive thoughtful, professional mediation at a rate they can sustain. The rates listed are the combined fee for both parties per 90-minute session. Most parties split the cost of mediation and most matters are resolved in two to four sessions.
Tier I
Household income under $36,000
per 90-minute session
Tier II
Household income $36,000 – $50,000
per 90-minute session
Tier III
Household income $50,000 – $100,000
per 90-minute session
Tier IV
Household income $100,000 – $175,000
per 90-minute session
Tier V
Household income above $175,000
per 90-minute session
Final rate is set during intake, based on income, and communicated to each party. Payment is made when mediation appointment is scheduled.
